  • How big are your cookies?

     Our New York cookies are huge! With a diameter of 9 cm / 3.5" and a weight of 120g / 4oz, they are perfect for sharing - or not! 😅

     You can order them as a box of 4 or, for larger occasions, as a party box with 12 cookies .


  • How big are your brownies, blondies and rocky roads?

    We offer different sizes!

    You can order the boxes of 3 in MINI and MAXI.

    For parties and larger events you can order our huge party boxes in 2 sizes!


  • How long can you keep your sweets?

    When packed airtight, our cookies will stay fresh for up to 7 days and our brownies, blondies and rocky roads will stay fresh for up to 5 days. Please store in a cool, dry place.

    Our cakes and cupcakes will stay fresh in the refrigerator up to 3 days.


  • Why do you have such high prices?

    At ARI'S Bakehouse, we believe the highest quality ingredients make the most delicious products. Our love of natural and flavorful ingredients means we pay a premium for the ingredients in our gourmet creations. If we can't find them locally, we search in regions around the world that are known to have the best of the best. Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar, Belgian cocoa powder, Sicilian pistachio cream and more! Our customers demand and deserve the very best.


  • Why do you use Belgian chocolate instead of our Swiss chocolate?!

    We understand that we are on sensitive ground here. 😅 Because Swiss chocolate is rightly known and loved all over the world. The reason why we use chocolate from Belgium for our products is actually not due to the quality, but rather to the special shape that we need, especially for our cookies, as well as certain cocoa content levels that we unfortunately cannot rely on for Swiss chocolate. So no offense, we love Swiss chocolate and actually prefer to eat it in our private lives! ☺️


  • What if I have allergies?

    Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a nut-free option as we bake in a kitchen that uses nuts. All of our products may contain wheat, eggs, milk and soy and are baked in a kitchen that also uses nuts.


  • Do you offer lactose-free / gluten-free / vegan product variants?

    Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer these variants due to production reasons.
